INTRO. As we petition God in prayer, we must be willing to accept His answer to our petition as being the best for us. This reveals our resignation to God.

II. THE MISUNDERSTANDINGS ABOUT OUR PETITIONS
-Romans 8:26-271. Pray whether you feel like it or not-Rescue from selfish emotions
2. Pray for others (Churches, enemies, believers)Rescue from self—centeredness
3. Pray on a regular basis- Rescue from slackness
4. Pray in an orderly manner- Plan out your prayers-Rescue from sloppiness
