1. A Clean Break with Sin- Symbolized by Baptism

2. A Clean Being for Service- Gives a bold stand forChrist

IV. THE CONSOLATION OF REPENTANCE

1. It Witnesses our Relationship- An inside witness that we are saved through   Christ's death

2. It Witnesses our Responsibilities- Threefold

(1) Fellowship (2) Faithfulness   (3) Fruitfulness

V. THE COMMAND OF REPENTANCE

1. It is a Universal Command- Acts 17:30

2. It is an Ultimate Command- Luke 13:3,5

 

CONCL. THE CONSEOUENCE WITHOUT REPENTANCE

1. For the Sinner- Destruction- Luke 13:3

2. For the Saint- Denial- Psalm 66:18
