Funeral Sermon-Outline

"The Place of No Night"

Text:  Rev.21:25

Introduction:

There are many people who lie down at night, who are afraid of the night and the darkness.  What a joy to know that in heaven we will not have to deal with any kind of darkness in that heavenly society.  Jesus will be the light there.  There will be no need of the sun or the moon in the heavenly city.   The glory of Jesus will permeate and penetrate all that is in the Heavenly Jerusalem.

I.     No Night of Ignorance

II.    No Night of Error

III.   No Night of Sin

IV.   No Night of Conflict

V.    No Night of Weariness

VI.   No Night of Danger

VII.  No Night of Sorrow

VII.  No Night of Suffering

VIII. No Night of Death

Conclusion:

What a joy to be headed and destined for the wonderful place called heaven.  There is a stricking contrast between heaven the place of light and hell the place of darkness. Make sure that heaven will be your home when your soul and spirit leave the body.
