A TALE OF TWO SOULS Psalm 1
Introduction: Looking into the Psalms we have three concerns. [A] Investigation (what's said) [B] Instruction (what's said to me) [C] Inspiration (what's the results) The book of Psalms opens by dispelling the idea that, the sinful life is the good life. There is a daily deception that some sort of lasting satisfaction is found by indulging the lusts of the flesh. In the Psalms the Holy Ghost sets the record straight! These first two Psalms are unnamed they are like bookends that hold together the library of truth. They are the two witnesses that the Law of God requires.
