"Preach The Word"

IF JESUS WERE TO COME TODAY

Watch therefore, for ye know not what hour your
Lord doth come. Matt. 24:42.
This blessed hope brings purity of life. I John 3:2-3.
It brings diligence in service.
What if He should come TODAY?

I. Many things would happen suddenly.
A. The first resurrection would take place.
B. The dead in Christ would rise first. From earth—
sea.
C. Living saints would be caught up and changed.
D. He would become like Him.
E. We will exchange corruptible bodies for incoruptible.

II. If He came today, many things would end.
A. This age of grace would end.
B. Concern about material things would end quickly.
C. Pain would end.
D. Worry would be over for God's children.

III. If He came today, many things would begin.
A. Tribulation would begin. Christians will escape it.
B. Forces of lawlessness would take over world affairs.
C. The anti-Christ will make his appearence.

IV. If Jesus were to come today many separations would
come.
A. The dead would be separated. Christians raised
first.
B. Great separation among the living.
C. Loved ones will be separated.
Christian, is there something you should do before He comes?
Unsaved, you would be left. Do you want it that way?
