Isaiah 25:4
This is an age of tranquilizers and sleeping pills. Many are
troubled by economic, emotional and moral problems. All kinds
of solutions are proposed, and often the real solution is ignored.
The real solution is, of course, the God of the Bible.
He has all you need, and you need all He has.

I. A Great SUPPLY for the Poor.
A. According to the resources of His grace. Romans 8:32
B. According to the riches in glory. Philippians 4:19

II. A Great SOLACE to the Distressed.
A. Christ Himself has been tried in the flesh. Hebrew
4:15, 16
B. He, therefore, can be touched with the feeling of our
infirmity.

III. A Great SHELTER from the Storm.
A. He is the Rock of Ages.
B. He is the Haven of Rest.

IV. A Great SHADOW from the Heat.
A. From the heat of persecution.
B. From the heat of perdition.
The Lord Jesus Christ said, "The Spirit of the Lord is upon
me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to
the poor; he bath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach
deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind,
to set at liberty them that are bruised" (Luke 4:18). Certainly
He has all you need, all you need for time and eternity.
