Brother Willard was saved September, 1949 at sixteen years of age. For over 60 years he has been involved in Christian work. He was married to his wife Willene in 1956. They are charter members of Faith Baptist Chiurch in Gainsville, Georgia, founded by his brother, Edgar Thomas.For over 25 years he has served as Sunday School teacher, deacon and pastor's helper. In 1981 he was called to his first pastorate, Harmony Street Baptist Church, Gainsville, Georgia. |
