"Preach The Word"

INCORRUPTIBLE THINGS

"Ye are not redeemed with corruptible things" (I Peter 1:18).

1. The Incorruptible God
"Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, and changed the glory of the incorruptible God for the likeness of an image of corruptible man, and of birds, and four-footed beasts, and creeping things" (Rom. 1:22, 23, R. V.).
2. The Incorruptible Word
"Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the Word of God, which liveth and abideth forever" (I Peter 1:23).
3. The Incorruptible Ornament
"But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price" (I Peter 3:4).
4. The Incorruptible Love
"Grace be with all them that love our Lord Jesus Christ in uncorruptness" (Eph. 6:24, R. V.).
5. The Incorruptible Crown
"And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible" (I Cor. 9:25). 6. The Incorruptible Inheritance
"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a living hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you" (I Peter 1:3, 4).
7. The Incorruptible Body
"Behold, I shew you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed" (I Cor. 15:51, 52).
